Update on Advance manual speech 4 Fact Finding

I have just did a re-draft of this speech. Came up with this outline. I want to concentrate on the history of the US post office since I view it as the first generation internet since it connected the colonies with the help of Ben Franklin the creator of the US postal system in this country. But, as your well aware the Post Office has been hit hard due to its inefficiencies, labor disputes and cost of stamps rising every few years. But, the post office has to change in order to keep pace with our fast paced world of today.

How would you re-design the US Post Office where you live?

I am drafting my next speech; "US Post Office of the future".

If you had the capacity to change the US Post Office where you live how would you like it to be set up?

For instance, my biggest gripe about the Post Office are the hours. Why is the post office only open from 9am to 5pm in most places? That is when we are all at work. Why not open at 6am and close at 8pm.
